Motive Haus is a Lagree fitness studio built for people who want to move with purpose and feel supported while doing it. Our name says it all: Motive is the reason you show up, and Haus is the space where you feel grounded, welcomed, and encouraged to grow. It’s a place where discipline meets community, where effort is celebrated, and where you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and deeply connected.

Yes!! Grip socks are required for every class for both safety and sanitary reasons. If you don’t have a pair, you’re welcome to purchase one at the studio before class.

Welcome!!! In order to ensure a smooth first class you must arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class for a studio tour and machine orientation with your instructor. Please inform your instructor of any limitations you may have.

Although commonly mistaken for Pilates, Lagree Fitness is a completely different fitness method. Lagree does use a machine with springs (tension) similar to Pilates but the movements you will see in a Lagree class are strength training based like lunges, squats, planks, biceps curls, etc. The goal of Lagree Fitness is to develop lean muscle, core strength & muscular endurance!

Grip socks, water bottle, maybe a small sweat towel, and of course yourself! If it’s your first class, please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can give you a quick studio tour and machine introduction.

We have a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 5 minutes we will lock the doors, and you will not be permitted entry; a no-show/late-cancel fee will apply.
FIRST TIMERS — If you have never been to our studio before, there is no grace period for safety reasons. You must arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to get oriented with the machine.

Our cancellation window for classes is 12 hours. If a class is canceled after that 12-hour period, you will incur a late cancellation charge of $15. If you fail to show up without canceling (No Show), a $20 charge will be applied to your account.

Please be respectful of others in class, and ensure that only you are visible in the frame if you choose to film. Also obtain the instructor’s permission during that class time before you begin recording.

We believe music is a huge part of what makes exercise an enjoyable experience. Our instructors create their own playlists to reflect their personalities and to deliver an engaging, motivating class for you. Please note that explicit music may be played on occasion.
