Motive Haus offers a 45-minute, full-body workout focused on building lean muscle, core strength, and endurance. Through resistance and functional training, each class delivers effective, balanced results. While every session trains the full body, select formats emphasize specific muscle groups, fundamentals, or athletic conditioning using the Megaformer, mat work, and dumbbells. Elevated, efficient, and designed with purpose.

Your classic full-body Lagree experience. Signature fuses slow, controlled strength with core-driven precision to sculpt, tone, and build lean muscle from head to toe. Balanced, intentional, and addictive.
DEFINE
Strong Quads • Defined Arms
Build strength through the legs, shoulders, and arms with precision-focused sequences designed to sculpt lean muscle and challenge control. Expect quads that shake, arms that fire, and the kind of burn that keeps you coming back.
LIFT
Lifted Glutes • Strong Back
Lift builds back-body strength and posture while lifting, shaping, and defining your glutes. This class targets hamstrings, glutes, back, core and triceps to build balanced strength and support posture and performance.
BURN
Lagree • Conditioning
Burn is your athletic playground. This class blends Lagree strength with high-energy mat conditioning, using dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight to spike heart rate, boost endurance, and torch calories. All in a small-space, full-intensity format.
SIGNATURE + STRETCH
Core Focused Lagree • Stretch
A core-forward Lagree session paired with intentional stretching. Strengthen your center, enhance mobility, and finish feeling balanced, aligned, and effortlessly strong.
30 minutes of Lagree followed by 15 minutes of stretching.
